5 kg uh da mcm makan sekampit beras yg 5 kg .
damn lar .
so, im on a mission right now.
nk turun kn berat.

breakfast ; oatmeal, cereal .
lunch ; 1/2 nasi and lauk campur .
dinner ; sup .
lunch ; 1/2 nasi and lauk campur .
dinner ; sup .
pastu macam ade uraura maw ke AEROBIC classes !
hahaha .
bnde yg xpenah terlintas lgsg coz dr dlu mmg xsuka aerobic coz kena excercise smbil menari2 depan org ramai .
macam ballet !
hahahahha. it is just not my cup of tea . ;p
ok . i love to dance but not in front of others .

baek menari sorg2 dalam bilik .

berat kena turun mcm last year !
